Do I need to already be on Google?
No. If you don't have a Google Business Profile yet, we set one up as part of your build.
What if I already have a website?
We can redesign it, or just take on hosting and management if the site itself is fine.
How does payment work?
20% of the one-off fee is paid upfront to start work. The remaining 80% is due on completion. The Management Retainer starts the month after launch — first month free.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Builds and redesigns are a one-off cost. The retainer runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
How quickly can you get me online?
Most builds go live within 7 to 14 days.
What does the Management Retainer cover?
A single £200/month retainer covers hosting, security, backups, and the ongoing management of whichever services you run — LSA, social and GBP. First month free.
Do you work with businesses outside Scotland?
Yes. We work with local businesses across the UK. Everything is delivered remotely with UK-based support.
Can you just manage my Google presence without a new website?
Yes. LSA setup, social media setup and GBP setup are all available as standalone services.
